Fundraising Program -- 50% Profit

This full color 4-page brochure has 24 different items. This program is designed specially for colleges, high schools, daycares, sport teams and churches. Because it has a large selection of products, it’s not recommended for elementary schools or groups with smaller children. If the parents are doing the selling such as in daycares, then this will be a good program to do. If not, please try one of our smaller programs below.   On the back of each brochure has a very easy to follow order form. The customers simply fill in their names, phone numbers, item numbers, quantity, and the scents they want to purchase.  With  24 different items and 50 different scents, your customers will be tempted to order more than just one candle to try. Everyone loves candles.  Whether you're dining, entertaining, relaxing, or working, these candles create a warm and soothing atmosphere in your home or office. Candles also make excellent gift ideas for any special occasion. Whether you’re looking for a birthday gift, mother day gift, Christmas gift, gift for him, gift for her, or a gift for yourself, candles always make the perfect choice.   Unique Aromas’ candles are hand crafted and carefully hand poured for highest quality. The retail price from this brochure is anywhere between $2.50 to $22.00 per item.  With this program, your profit is 50%.   If you sold a candle for $10, your profit is $5. That's include Shipping & Handling if meet the required minimum.

If each member sell an average of 12 items with an average of $10 each, your profit is as follow.

Members take orders directly from the brochures, collect payment at the time of ordering. Checks are made payable to your group or organization. If you need samples to show to customers, samples can be purchased at wholesale price. Sample can be purchased online or just call our office at 1-800-373-7210.

Over the years working with many fundraisers, the one that showed samples have a more successful sale than one without samples. Although samples do cost a few dollar each, the outcome is much better and you can also sell these samples and profit from them after your fundraising period ended.

To Place Your Candle Order:  After your project period ended, all forms and monies are collected, combine all forms. Write down on a separate sheet of paper the total number of jars for each scent.  Fax or mail your order with 50% of the monies collected.

Minimum: The minimum on your fund raising order is $150 wholesale. Order can be faxed with credit card payment or can be mailed with Cashier Check or Money Order. You can also place your order with a school purchase order or a check.

Sale Tax:  All fundraisers required to send or fax a photo copy of a tax exempt certificate. If you don't have a sale tax exempt certificate, please include sale tax with order. Sale tax will be the same as grocery tax in your State

Shipping: After your order is received by either fax or mail, it takes about 3 to 5 business days if not sooner for your order to be processed. It takes an extra 3 to 5 days for UPS to deliver your packages.
Small orders are usually ship by UPS ground. Larger orders are ship by Yellow or Roadway Transportation.

Unique Aromas do not pay for Express Shipping or outside the continental of the 48 US States. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada call for shipping quotes.
