If you have an online store or going to set up a store on the internet, Unique Aromas can drop-ship products directly to your customers. There’s no inventory to stock and no investment needed. You can also earn additional income by introducing our fund raising programs to schools and churches. Every non-profit organization or school do one or more fundraising projects per year. Our fundraising programs are designed specially for elementary schools, high schools, sport teams, daycares and churches. To start distributing Unique Aromas’ products, fax us the required information below.

Requirement: 1) All retail distributor required to have a current business license or a sale tax certificate 2) A company website or going to set up a website 3) A credit card on file is required to pay for all drop-ship orders. 4) Fax machine to fax all drop-ship orders.

Prices & Minimum: Minimum on drop-ship order is $25 retail. Your price will be wholesale price per item listed on our catalog or websites. With $25 retail order, your profit is about $12.50. To get more sales, most distributors offer free shipping on an order of $35 or more.

Shipping & Drop-Shipping: Products can either ship directly to you or to your customers. Your cost on shipping depends on UPS shipping rates per package. Minimum is $4.50 per box up to 5 pounds. If you preferred using your UPS account, 50 cents handling per box will be added to your invoice.

Most orders will be processed within 3 business days if not sooner. It takes additional 3 to 5 business day for UPS to deliver the merchandise to your customers. All drop-shipping orders requires to have an invoice or a packing slip from you to your customer must be faxed to us before order can be processed. This invoice or packing slip will be enclosed with the package ship to your customer. You will receive an invoice from Unique Aromas to show all charges for that shipment.

Order & Payment: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Money Order, Cashier Check and Bank Wire Transfer. Personal and business check allows 5 to 7 business days to clear bank before order can be shipped out.

Sale Aids & Samples: If you need samples to show to your customers, sample can be purchased at wholesale price. No minimum on purchasing samples. Unique Aromas has several small brochures that can help you promoting the products. Your cost for an 8”x11” fundraising brochure (front and back) is 10 cents. There are four different types of fundraising brochure. Four-Page Retail Brochure is 20 cents each. All brochures are available in bundle of 50 each. With order of 300 or more brochures, price reduce by 30%.

Fundraising Programs: Earn additional income by introducing our fundraising programs to schools, churches, or any non-profit organizations in your surrounding areas. Unique Aromas has five different fund raising programs – Fall Gift Items, 11 oz Gel Preserve Candles, 10 oz Gel Preserve Candles, 11 oz Tumbler Candle, and our 4-Page Brochure. Each program comes with an introductory letter explaining how the program works. There are so many organizations out there that need the extra fund to purchase new uniforms or take special trips. Once an organization had decided to sign up with one of our fund raising program, they then fill out a brochures request form with your name as a distributor. Your profit is 10% of the total amount of what they sold. The group or organization profits the other 40%. 10% profit might not seem to be a lot, but if you can get an organization or a school with 300 to 500 members selling, each just 5 candles at $10 each, you can project at least $2,000 to $3,000 per group. You are required to pay income tax at the end of the year on the amount you earn from the fundraising program, therefore a copy of your social security number need to be faxed to us before you can start.

Territories & Restrictions: Unique Aromas’ products can not be displayed or sell on Ebay or Flea Markets. Retail prices should at least double the wholesale prices. You may give special discount on the retail price and that retail price can not be less than the wholesale price. We don’t have a restriction on who can or can not distribute our products on the Internet. For ground territory, Unique Aromas allows a limited number of fundraising representative per State.
